Application
RTi’s oil extractor combination units are ideal for manual or robotic industrial spray applications. Offering high volume production, low maintenance,superior finishes and ultimately contaminant free air.

Method:
Two stage patented Inverse Flow with 0.01 micron coalescing and 0.003 ppm Hydrocarbon removal with activated carbon and stainless steel mesh elements

Standard maximum air pressure is 150 PSIG. For pressures up to 175 PSIG order unit without the “i” suffix. For applications requiring pressure vessels up to 500 PSIG, consult the factory. Rated flow is measured at inlet air pressure of 100 PSIG.

Notes:

1. For high pressure applications from 150 to 500 psig, consult the factory.
2. For applications where hostile chemicals are present in the environment, install only metal bowl assemblies.

Applications:
Oil Extractor Combos are to be installed as close as possible to the place where the air is to be consumed. The Oil Extractor will remove water, dirt and oil as small as 0.01 micron with 99.99998% efficiency. To extend the life of the combo units, install Eliminex Combo units in the mainline.

Installation:
Install units in a vertical position with the drains pointing downward and the air flowing in the direction indicated by the arrow on the castings. Install unit as far from the compressor as possible and as close as possible to the point of use

Service:
Do not attempt to service the unit with the air pressure in the bowls; always bleed the air from the unit prior to disassembly. Replace element when indicated by the filter change indicator or at 6 - 9 month intervals. Service the drain on a regular 3 month interval to ensure proper function and performance of the unit. This entails area cleaning/debris removed and soapy water bath of the drain.
